LT6 satisfies a great market need as few LED spots today reach the illuminance of a 50W MR16 halogen while keeping the same installation diameter (50 mm). LT6 uses a 5 x 1W LED source for a total power consumption of 6W. Therefore, LT6 provides 88% power savings leaving behind the unpleasant heat of the 50W incandescent.
